The Happening, but with noise musicians instead of Mark Wahlberg. Aoyama succeeds in creating a great mood in the first part and especially a noise music session in an open field is memorable. Unfortunately he kinda lost me once the sparse plot began to make a move. It get's overtly poetic and would have been better off as a satire.

Really hard to rate this movie. The abundance of sound, at times, was overpowering, but the overall feel of the movie was quite enjoyable. Has a similar feel and plot to The Happening, but is more plausible and overall a much better film. Tadanobu Asano is great as always.
