Summary: Mamá Cora (Antonio Gasalla) is about 80 years old and she has three sons and a daughter. Mamá lives with one of them, unfortunately, the one who is in the worst economic position. Watching people scream for 90 minutes can be a tedious task, and the low-brow attempts at social commentary are far from enlightening, and yet 'Esperando la Carroza' somehow manages to be funny thanks to its top-notch script and dialogue. But if you feel exhausted after the first ten minutes, it would probably be a safe bet to turn the thing off.

It's funny at times but incredibly frustrating to watch as it's mostly 90 minutes of hysterical people insulting each other.
