Excellent old school martial arts film about a master who cannot defeat the evil Pai Mei with his Tiger style alone, and is killed in the attempt. So his son combines his fathers' hard skills with his mothers' soft Crane style to create Hung Gar, a style he hopes will overcome Pai Mei's invincibility. Some great training sequences with a cool statue filled with moving marbles, which is supposed to represent Pai Mei and his flowing chi. An OK story infused with stellar action.

The scenes with Pai Mei are great, the rest is only decent.
