It's not perfect, but it should really help the idiots who think fat is bad and sugar is good

Honestly, in terms of content and information, this is a 100. As a movie, not so much.

anyone that has seen Super Size Me or believes that fats are bad for you and grains are healthy should be forced to watch this. Spurlock is a hack

If you think saturated fat or cholesterol are inherently bad, you NEED to watch this. MUCH better than the intellectual dishonesty of Super Size Me. Some won't appreciate Tom Naughton's political stance, but looking past that at the overview of nutritional science reveals this to be a journalistic gem. If this awakens a desire to learn more, I recommend googling Dr. Stephan Guyenet's Whole Health Source blog.

This guy makes all the right counter points to Supersize me, but he just drones on and on and it gets really boring really fast.

Tom Naughton's narration sounds like one of those talking dictionaries. He also has the charisma of a boiled ham. On a purely functional level this is alright and it's very informative. Film wise it's amateur level work but for a documentary done with minimal crew and budget it's what you would expect. It probably would have been a wiser decision to get someone more experienced in film to direct a project like this. Despite its flaws I am compelled to rate this highly on its factual merit.

Well, to be honest, this counters a lot of the stuff in Super Size Me with force, things that I had either believed to be wrong or things that I knew were wrong simply by taking a statistics course in grad school. Also, this sort of falls into lock step with what I say to vegans and vegetarians all of the time. All in all, it is pretty interesting and I wish he gave more coverage of the second diet he tried at the end there. Very interesting stuff.

Poor production, but the little little cholesterol with the mustache and top hat was HILARIOUS.

Some interesting points are almost obscured by the host of this thing. Why is it the only humor Libertarians know is sarcasm?
