Summary: Nick Parker (Thomas), a struggling young artist, is suffering from a mental and physical breakdown. When a violent murder occurs in his apartment building, Nick begins to suspect that he may have committed the crime himself. From this event begins a downward spiral of paranoia and illness that can only end with the discovery of his guilt or innocence. (Lions Gate Films)

Not entirely a murder mystery, and not entirely a study of one fellow's psychosis, but it all doesn't amount to much. It's a bit too serious and predictable and tosses in a couple of obvious red herrings, but it's still fairly interesting thanks to some good performances and competent work from Alex Winter.
