Another first-rate film from Griffith spoiled by silly racism. D.W. is on top of his game, and the short is exciting and full of great action. I absolutely loved the aerial shots of the final gunfight. But the Sioux (as per the usual Griffith policy) are treated like bloodthirsty savages, which is impossible to ignore. Half points for racism.
