Not even the combined talents of Ice T and Claudia Christian can save this sinking ship. A horrible mash-up of Titanic and Under Seige (to the point they even got Erika Eleniak back) that results in an action film with very little action. You know a movie is bad when Ice T's acting is the only good thing in it.
