Summary: Mithun Madhavan (Mohanlal) is a Mumbai-based Information Technology industrialist. Priyan (Indrajith) is a software engineer working under Mithun Madhavan. Priyan is in love with his uncle's daughter Dhwani (Parvathi) who has been born and brought up in Chennai. On a vacation visit to Kerala he meets Dhwani, who happened to be a friend of his sister (Shamna).
