Surely an emotional movie, but also TOO emotional. I don't mean to be rude, but every damn scene doesn't have to have someone sobbing or saying something heroic. To use those means is a display of weakness in the writing and directing. Much of the dialogue is obviously exaggerated; it becomes too American. And I don't hate America, but I hate this useless blood-sucking movie.

If only Mark Wahlberg was on this plane. Could have been a good movie if it was written as a fictional account of a fictional event. Watching a dramatization of a traumatic event we don't know enough about just felt cheap though.

Spread it on a little thick at times. Often sketchy visuals, but successfully moving.

It is a true movie, it passes the sensation of which we are inside the flight.

Not as good as Greengrass's United 93 but not bad at all.Just like Greengrass's film this is also a work of fiction and in time when the truth is revealed will also be seen as so.

This film did some things well, but my tolerance with such an emotional and important subject is really low when it comes to a dramatiziation of this event. It did some good (the terrorists taking the plane was well done, I was moved by some scenes), and some bad (sappy ending, shoving points down our throats, over doing some things). A mediocre film on a tragic subject.

completely inferior to the paul greengrass masterpiece... bad storyline, bad acting, worse character outlining... an insult to the families involved...

A surprisingly restrained, at times nuanced retelling- lapses into TV movie sentimentality at times, but the gravity of the subject matter keeps it subdued.
