Solid band, solid documentary. Still won't probably pick up a Foo album (would go see a show tho), so I'm glad I know more about them through this. I think it's interesting how they go to great lengths to show how they do things on their own, recording albums in garages when it's obvious how connected they are to the big music industry machine. Guess that's the best they can do, and who can fault them really? Would love to see a similar doco about Josh Homme/QOTSA.

Interesting documentary about a band I've never really followed, even though I've always kinda liked it.

A good documentary elevated by the candidness of the cast and the humor and charm of Grohl.

Most band docs are pretty much the same, and this is no exception. However, Foo Fighters are a pretty solid band, so it's a fun and engaging, if not particularly innovative, two hours.

Nice documentary for a good band.
