not bad at all for an almost completely forgotten elvis flick. the music has much more diversity than most elvis movies, including rock 'n roll, blues, and new orleans style jazz--the jazz is surprisingly good. the story here is a bit on the hokey side, but that's to be forgiven considering it's superiority to the majority of elvis vehicles.
