Standard Cagney flick.

Another mediocre Lloyd Bacon/James Cagney WB pic. Cagney seems a little off-step here, as does the beautiful but boring Margaret Lindsay. Low production values hamper this costume picture to a decent score, but the flick is definitely worth a watch for Cagney fans.
