How do you cast a more inappropriate action star than Richard Benjamin? Answer: hire Peter Fonda. Then provide a painfully cliched love interest/costar in Blythe Danner. Still not enough. Ok, well here are some clones then. Like one Peter and Blythe wasn't enough. Would've been better performed by sock puppets or at least different sock puppets than the ones they cast.

This is a direct sequel to Westworld, but seeing how Michael Crichton wasn't involved in making of this film at all, it's easy to guess that it's one of those bad sequels. I like Peter Fonda, but he's bad here. Maybe it's those terrible dialogs to blame. Plot is weak and some of the directing and editing is more than questionable, but there is something in those 70's flicks that makes them enjoyable, even when they are bad.

More like _Invasion of the Body Snatchers_ than _Westworld_, but surprisingly good for a sequel in which the director bailed out

After the sheer GENIUS that is Westworld, this was VERY disappointing. I think there was even a TV show which was even more lame

At times, the movie reminds me of a (more) political Stepford Wives, and at different times a watered-down 1984. While the overarching themes are strong, the movie tangents at odd places. Be warned, there is a 10 minute dream sequence smack dab in the middle!
