Summary: Malini Laxman (Madhavi), a PhD student invents a vaccine which would make a human immune to narcotics, but the formula gets stolen from her, her husband killed & she jailed for selling drugs, in a plot masterminded by her professor Ramamoorthy (Charu Haasan), Poonthurayil Itty (Rajan P. Dev) & Police commissioner Sathyanathan (Soman). Malini ends up in Mumbai where she becomes wealthy from the Mumbai Underworld & returns as Aparna, to take revenge on the people responsible for her losses. (by iceblox)
