Summary: When a spate of robberies takes place in a middle-class neighborhood colony, Madhavan (Sreenivasan), who runs a travel agency in the colony, gets his unemployed friend Sethu (Mohanlal) to pose as Raam Singh, a Nepali émigré, to fulfill the residents' demand for a Gurkha security guard. A police officer (Thilakan) and his daughter Maya (Karthika), move into the colony, bringing back bittersweet memories for Sethu. (by iceblox)
