As a whole, Genius Party is pretty much Modern Anime 101. The animation quality is high throughout, and the directors featured are all notable.

Genius party:90, Shanghai Dragon:75, Deathtic 4:70, Doorbell:75, Limit Cycle:10, Happy Machine:95, Baby Blue:80. Avg:71, but let's say 75, cause I don't want to ruin it's score just because of Hideki Futamura's pseudo-philosophical bullshit. Yuasa Masaaki brilliant as always.

Hard to rate this as it is a collection of animes by different directors. Some of them were just alright, while others are truly beautiful, both conceptually and artistically. Breakdown of scoring for the different episodes: 5 >= 2 > 7 > 6 = 4 > 3 > 1. BTW, if you liked 6 (Happy Machine) you might want to check out Kaiba, its also Yuasa Masaaki's work and is pretty much the same type of anime, only it has a much deeper story.
