A witty enough short that will give you a few laughs without overstaying its welcome, the most impressive thing here is the effort that must have gone into the stop-motion style. While it doesn't always get the same grade for attainment, there's enough here -- and it moves quickly enough -- to make up for it.

29/9/9 - A sign of things to come.

Pretentious student film. Funny and creative too.

Reminded me of the old Looney Tunes where the animator would draw all kinds of ridiculous stuff around an increasingly exasperated Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck. Some cute jokes, but the Last Supper Jesus bunny was my fave.

Funny series of vignettes featuring a bunny dragged through everything from religious to "porn disaster" films. The individual gags for each one are humorous, presented at a rapid pace, and flow well from one to the other. Oftentimes, the one vignette preceding it adds greatly to the current one. The animator's work is very hit and miss, but this particular short works. Neat ending, too.

The very end is the best part.

Mildly amusing and self-reflective animated short.

A really amusing film, even charming if I may say (that is, as far as Hertzfeldt's films go). Even though it's his first step in the film industry, this is still better than some of his later films, and even close to the quality of 'Rejected'.

Some of the jokes are hilarious and some of them are just chuckle worthy but it's not too long so you'll never get tired of it. The real life interaction with the characters was great. Overall it's not Hertzfeldt's best but quite funny.

Still good, but would have been much better if the genre swaps took place without a cut, within the flow of the short.

A nice amusing Hertzfeldt film. He's done better though and this is rather rough around the edges in how the concept is put together.

Another Don Hertzfeldt, well, this is funny and creative.
