Another Don Hertzfeldt, well, this is funny and creative.

Reminded me of the old Looney Tunes where the animator would draw all kinds of ridiculous stuff around an increasingly exasperated Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck. Some cute jokes, but the Last Supper Jesus bunny was my fave.

One of the few Hertzfeldt's shorts that actually falls under the category of 'comedy'.

A reasonably original idea done in a pretty funny manner. I especially thought the ending was good (as well as the ending ending).

A nice amusing Hertzfeldt film. He's done better though and this is rather rough around the edges in how the concept is put together.

Definitely not Hertzfeldt's best work, but its still charming.

Quite enjoyed it. Its simple: you just watch Hertzfeldt put his character in a bunch of different genres, and while they aren't all funny, they're snappy and never overstay their welcome. With that said, some of them are quite funny, and the ending where the character holds up a sign and says "Pretentious student film?" and then gets squashed is classy. A charming short.

The life of a Don Hertzfeldt character is dangerous and sad. Also, apparently the best kind of pretentious student film is one that is also self-aware. Or maybe one that is also hilariously violent.

Mildly amusing and self-reflective animated short.

Ugh!

Some of the jokes are hilarious and some of them are just chuckle worthy but it's not too long so you'll never get tired of it. The real life interaction with the characters was great. Overall it's not Hertzfeldt's best but quite funny.

Cute short. Would have been nice without all the breaks.
