There are some laughs, but ultimately it's a needless spin-off that suffers from an extremely poor script. Coupled with bad acting from Torrence and Oka (far worse than was seen in the original), there's little to enjoy here -- except, of course, for Crews's robot dance.

The characters and idea are strong - nerds who aren't super-spies, doing spy stuff. The problem is, they aren't funny.

You can't expect much from a spinn-off movie that's barely an hour long. Had a few giggles so I wasn't disappointed, nor surprised.

has enough tie-ins to the get smart plot to warrent the get smart name. unfortounately bruce and lloyd are badly acted, along with most other people, and no one really put in enough effort to make a good movie, but worst of all, it's just not that interesting.
