Summary: Sanjay Singhania (Surya Sivakumar) a rich businessman and Chairman of Air Voice cellular phone company, suffers from short term memory loss following a violent encounter in which his love interest, model Kalpana Shetty (Asin), was killed by a thug called Ghajini Dharmatma (Pradeep Singh Rawat). He tries to track down the killer & avenge Kalpana's death with the aid of instant camera photographs, notes to himself & permanent tattoos on his torso.

Ghajini kıza tokat atıyor ve kız yere düşüyor. Sonra kızın kafasını dağıtmak için büyükçe bir demir buluyor, kızın yanına gidiyor. İşin tuhafı kız da hiçbir inleme, sızlama yok; gözleri açık ve öylece bakıyor.

Memento as directed by Tony Scott meets Richard Curtis-type rom-com, gritty social realism and Bollywood song 'n dance... And it's 3 hours long... Probably more of an interesting paradox than a good movie...

I've got a love-hate relationship with this movie and Bollywood in general. Although the romantic-comedy detour is unnecessary and I don't believe for one second that Murugadoss hadn't at least heard of if not seen Momento, the movie is so over the top and ridiculous that sort of develops its own brand of appeal.
