Low budget aesthetics and some very poor acting detract from what could otherwise have been a decent film. Marianne Faithfull gets top billing for her name recognition, but she isn't actually in it very much, and pretty much sleepwalks through the bits she is in. The storyline is your basic haunted house silliness - not very original, but it does enough to make you stick around to see what happens in the end.
