The usual Casper plot, save for one small semi-new wrinkle: Casper goes to the big city, and becomes a media sensation. How sweet it would be to see a spectre become an Internet celebrity not unlike, say, William Hung. Mostly lame, but you have to hand it to this toon for teaching millions of kids a subtler truth: to be an outcast means freedom
