Overwrought movie-of-the-week crap. Lasts ninety minutes and spends virtually every single one of them moralising about something or other. Facebook. Youtube. Alchohol. Cellphones with cameras in them. The media. Teenagers staying out later than 8 o'clock. They're all responsible for the downfall of society according to this film.
