I used to watch this all of the time when I was a kid. It's really pretty awful and Jet Jaguar is a wuss but I like it.

True to form for Godzilla movies: so sloppy and juvenile, yet so sweet-spirited that it's thoroughly charming

One cannot review Godzilla films with the same criteria one uses to review other films--they can only be compared within their own universe. That said, this is far from the best but far from the worst. Watch it if you like Godzilla.

How do you rank a movie like this?! All I can say is I enjoy it for what it is, and have seen it numerous times. So... pleasure rewatchability = OK despite its obvious goofiness and stupidity.
