best giant monster movie ever made

Those Mothra bugs are the cutest 100 meter long monsters.

The story was better than expected, but how else could they fill up an hour and a half? Certainly not only with miniatures of godzilla destroying whatever he comes across. Every time i would see old godzilla roam across i could not help but giggle, it just looked so out dated. If only they showed him a litl bit less, for more effect. But none the less the story was compelling enough and the tricks on screen ( stop motion, rear projection) , tho not very original, were amusing enough.

Amazing movie. The special effects are amazing for its time. The story is well done for a Godzilla movie and the fights are some of the best the Showa era had to offer.

This direct follow-up to _King Kong vs. Godzilla_ is easily the best of the sequels I have seen, with splendid effects and a plotline that's taken totally straight.

Another great, but I'm not one of his Mothra. The creature itself is pretty stupid, but you gotta love the twins.

Not great as far as kaiju films go. The best scene features Godzilla tripping and falling face first into a building.

More silly monster movie madness.

I like how the majority of Godzilla's destruction depicted in this one is accidental. Overall a so-so flick but the musical score is exceptional.
