You'll be surprised how smart it turns out to be. One doesn't expect much from ecchi genre (ticklish light erotic anime). After all the perversity it even has a nice message that gets through. I wildly reccomend it even to the anime haters.

Fuck this idiocy fest, and whoever recommends it. A lazy, whiny, disgusting moron drools over women's toilets and then magically solves the dilemma by the end of the episode, making a hot girl fall in love with him. It could have worked if it were the least bit funny, but it's not. It might have worked if the storylines were interesting, but they suck. I would rather watch Transformers 2; even that movie isn't as stupid and boring as this series. Fucking weaboos.
