A breezy, light affair that chronicles the romantic adventures of two friends in a small town as they remember them over drinks, not realizing how one affected the other's tale. It's not a particularly deep film, but it brims with humor and feeling, and it's interesting to ponder what part of him Hong Sang-soo loaned to each of his male characters, as is usually the case with his movies. Winner of the Un Certain Regard prize at Cannes.
