Summary: Millionaire G. Hareendra Varma (Indrajith), owner of the IT firm 'Starline Software', achieved success at a young age. His constant companion & friend GK (Jayasurya) dreams of becoming the Director of Starline, someday. Hareendran weaves dreams around Indu (Bhama), the girl his mother proposed that he marry. GK ruins the wedding by causing Indu to walk out with her lover Alex (Manikuttan). This shatters Hareendran & he takes to drinking. Later, GK is found dead & the blame falls on Hareendran.
