Had that on VHS when I was a kid, just love it!

Well, it doesn't suck. For a Disney cartoon, that fact itself is noteworthy. As we get put through the usual sight gags, it becomes clear that a starfish, a crab, and even the ocean are against Mickey Mouse and his pals; as such, this seems more like the planet in Harry Harrison's Deathworld books than Hawaii. Now there's a cartoon I'd like to see: _Mickey and Friends Go To Deathworld_
