I thought the role Busy Philipps played was incredible awkward. The movie had some moments but ultimately it was boring and awkward. The most development you see throughout the entire film is in the end, if they would have carried that kind of power from the start, with a different cast, the movie could have been a lot better.

Film has the noblest of intentions, and starts out reasonably well, but falls flat and goes on far too long by exploring other social issues in addition to the topic of school shootings. Performances (from the adults especially) are surprisingly mediocre, save Philipps and Christensen who do bring some life to their characters, but are not helped by a screenplay bathed in cliche.

Tries to tackle the problem of school shootings but falls short. Very, very, very short. Busy Philipps is also in this and she's a terrible actress. There's no reason to see this movie.
