An INCREDIBLY biased piece of filmmaking. The director is a former lobbyist and trial lawyer. It is far more accurately described as propaganda/advocacy than a documentary. There are good nuggets of information and points being made in here that are worthy of attention, but overall the packaging is not at all even-handed and the entire film is worse off because of it.
People in America need to see this. It does a good job in presenting the problem with caps on torts and how they can hurt a regular person. The downside is, that it's very bias, and because of that could have been handled better.
