Both Ben Kingsley and Shohreh Aghdashloo sucks, esp in the way they saying their dialogues. But Jennifer Connelly shines.

An interesting premise where 3 characters trap themselves on a path to inevitable tragedy. You can understand why they do what they do, but it's hard to empathise. It's well made - Deakins shoots everything beautifully as usual - but the acting veered too far into soap melodrama for my taste. Unedifying.

Need to see it again.

A dramatic and deeply sad look into the lives of a very troubled lot. These people need Xanax.

I thought Jennifer Connelly over-acted this role. Sorry but I can't se Ben Kingsley in any role but Ghandi.

Not as good as the book but Kingsley is mesmerisingly good as always.
