Most of the time, simply not funny. The parts that are funny are punctuated by equal parts of extreme awkwardness - like that creepy guy in biology class who laughed every time the teacher said, "sperm". It's only funny for so long.

Perfect if all you want to do is watch a predictable, corny, cliche and unoriginal flick from the 80s, and I mean that in a nice way.

Not very funny as a comedy, but a refreshing break from most teen films of the 80s.

By turns annoying and charming. There's an odd air of playfulness to it that doesn't always work. For some reason I'm drawn to this movie though, and I can't help watching it when it's on TV.
