Summary: Ex-CIA spy Jason Monk (Patrick Swayze) emerges from retirement to stop a power-hungry despot in this adaptation of Frederick Forsyth's thriller. Monk knows the truth about Russian presidential candidate Komarov (Patrick Bergin), whose secret evil plans include genocide and whose head of security killed four of Monk's agents. Along with a Russian detective (Annika Peterson), Monk uncovers a deadly plot involving WMDs.
