Summary: Observing one day in the life of a family from south-eastern Turkey, this is the sad story of a young woman who is forcefully married to her sister's husband. Blaming herself for the death of his brother by a landmine, Delal commits suicide. Seven years after the incident, Heda, the younger sister of Delal and Celil, is married to her sister's husband and acts a new mother to her niece. In the meantime, Heda's mother Cemile is suffering a deepening depression, which no one even notices. (IKSV)
