Summary: A retired schoolteacher's (Balan K. Nair) children faces hardships in life, because of being born as women. The eldest, Vimala (Seema) still pines over her ex-lover Vijayan (Ratheesh) who jilted her, the second Susheela (Unnimary) faces abuse & humiliation from her husband Madhu (Lalu Alex) for bearing two daughters, & the third, Rekha (Vanitha) gets gang-raped by the friends of her lover Ravi (Ravindran), & gets arrested for prostitution.
