"It's All True is an essential piece in the Welles puzzle." - Eric Henderson

It's hard to tell if It's All True would've been one of Welles' great films if he'd been allowed to finish it, but the surviving footage is at least interesting and a little exciting, especially the technicolor Carnival footage. Honestly I found the Four Men on a Raft sequence kind of dull for the most part, but it's loaded with some beautiful shots, especially during the funeral procession. I wish that the project had been completed but I'm glad to at least have this good doc.
