Unfortunately, lacks the grandeur (or whatever you call it) of Wood's more outlandish concoctions. This one just comes across as rather tawdry and (worst of all) dull.

A pretty trite story about a two bit robbery that goes tits up and the two perps scrambling to cover their asses after. For Ed Wood, the story is actually coherent (though predictable), but the dialog and acting are uniformly crap. One character reacts to his son confessing that he is a murderer with all the emotion of someone ordering a side of toast. Not as wacky as some of Wood's other flicks, this one DOES have a girl in a bikini shaking her cans on a stage for about 5 minutes.

Painstakingly drawn out and stupid. Where camp elevated most works of Ed Wood, this movie is completely unwatchable.
