How a film this life draining exists baffles me, but it's one of the few films that exists that had no reason to, never succeeding in its title (which admittedly is common in genre cinema) but going on to be completely dead through its 80 or so minutes to the point the time being ebbed away can be felt. Just avoid it.

I don't know which is more absurd, the Frankenstein western or the love at first sight romance between Jesse and a chiquita. Also since when could an American sheriff take over a Mexican town? You couldn't even cross state boarders back then none the less international ones! Still, I can't help but love Miss Frankensteins trying to rule the world. And this gal does have one of the more successful goes at it; comparatively. I don't know, somehow it kinda works here for me.

With a title like this I thought it would be hilariously bad. It wasn't. It was just bad. Too much talking, the people involved took it way too serious. Plus the guy who plays J.J. kinda reminds me of William H. Macy, so I couldn't take him serious at all.

Never in a million years would I have thought that they'd make a movie with "Jesse James" and "Frankenstein" in the same title. This was simply too good to pass up....I wish I wasn't the curious type =(
