Summary: After his son dies in a hospital, a nomad from Kabul ("Kabooliwala") (Nedumudi) kidnaps the doctor Sethu's (M.G. Soman) son Unni, & disappears. 20 years later, Sethu & his family finds Unni, but he now lives as "Munna", part of a nomadic group of circus performers & is in love with Laila (Charmila), the owner of the circus. Munna is torn between the two families, & tries to reunite with Laila, with the help of two homeless litter-gatherers - Kannas (Innocent) & Kadalaas (Jagathi Sreekumar). (by iceblox)
