Summary: Babu aka Prof. Rangoonwala (Sreenivasan), a struggling magician, gets a stage partner in the form of Raju (Jayaram), an indigent young man. One day, their show is disrupted by the sudden appearance of a young lady on stage, whom they later learn to be Sujatha (Shobana), who was trying to expose an organ racket run by Peter Lal (Captain Raju), owner of the hospital she was working in & who killed her pal Shyama (Chitra), who was working on the case.
