Summary: Bhagyanathan (Murali) & Vishalam (Shobha Mohan), two quarry workers send their daughters Karunya (Navya Nair) & Soumya (Neeraja) to a good school, despite their financial hardships. But when Bhagyanathan gets into an accident at the quarry & gets disabled, Karunya takes up a job at a relative Jnanasheelan's (Harshan) textile factory. Jnanasheelan offers Karunya a job in Gulf & she leaves, but after a few months, her parents get news of her being arrested as part of a sex racket, in Nagercoil. (by iceblox)
