Summary: Prof. 'Shakespeare' Krishna Pillai (Gopi) leads a happy life with his four kids & wife Sharada (Srividya). Asha Thampi (Revathy) moves in as their neighbor, who also joins Krishna Pillai's college as his student. Asha introduces her boy friend Unni Krishnan (Mohanlal) to Sharada, & Unni gets close to Sharada, who reminded him of his dead mother.
