Summary: Madhavan (Mammootty), a cinema operator, lives with his wife Lakshmi (Padmapriya) & daughter Ambili (Sanusha) in Kuttanad, Kerala. He stumbles upon Pavan (Yash), a kid who was the victim of the Gujarat earthquake. Although Madhavan & his family couldn't understand Yash because of language differences & vice versa, Pavan soon becomes a member of the family.
