Summary: Jayanthi (Ambika), after being impregnated & dumped by her lover & serial womanizer, Babu (Mohanlal), just days before their wedding, pieces her life back together in another place & finds love in the form of her short-tempered but sympathetic boss Lambodharan Nair (Balachandra Menon). However, her new-found life is threatened when she runs across Babu again, & Babu wants to have his way again with her, threatening to spill the beans about her past to Lambodharan if she didn't comply.
