Could have been interesting, unfortunately the doc didn't let the viewer into the musicians world. Sort of shitty of the 'forefathers' of the No-Wave movement to shit on the new bands. Guys.....You wouldn't be getting interviewed if it weren't for The Strokes or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Your generation left you behind.

Cool footage but not too much cohesion between the new idols n old ones.

It's an interesting look at No Wave, but I thought it was overly dismissive of the current scene. The early bands were pioneering, but that doesn't make them listenable. It's a bit unfair to assume any band working after the collapse of No Wave is selling out because the new has more commercial appeal.
