This is a guy's masters thesis in computer art, not a Pixar full-length. It's a pretty fun three minutes, I don't think it was intended for serious film discussion

Does the fact that the kiwi DIES for a shallow dream not enter into people's consciousness? Otherwise it's a decent animation, but holy hell, the message is fucking awful.

Adorably simple and beautifully executed. A good choice of music and a truly heart-warming storyline. A couple of minutes well spent.

A weak short that really can't match up to the hype. The animation style is reminiscent of early Pixar (before they really found their feet), and the narrative doesn't carry any weight -- and yes, that includes the ending. A good idea, but lacking in far too many aspects.
