Summary: Ron Mann investigates the miraculous, near-secret world of fungi. A very stupid documentary on an interesting subject. Many of the mushroom enthusiasts presented themselves with such an earnest lack of self criticality that they seemed to be a bunch of washed up hippy burnouts and that undermined their message. It was also annoying that the examination of the mysterious and beneficial aspects of mushrooms was done so casually and without depth.

This was really disappointing. The childish quizzes were incredibly awful. I'm sure most people could learn a great deal from this, but there is a great deal of information about mushrooms that this film missed completely.
