It had some of the same characters from Shaolin Soccer, which just makes it that much harder NOT to compare the two films. KFD pales in comparison in just about every aspect of the movie- the comedy is lame, the romance is almost non-existent, and the wuxia is less played up. The wire-fu is just about the same, though I admit to liking SS more in this respect because I just like soccer better as a sport. I had to really convince myself not to fast forward during some scenes.
