Curiously overrated, Kung Fu Panda amounts to a one-note animated diversion, riding the same jokes (and Jack Black's voice) for the duration, ad nauseum.

It's hilarious and the voice acting was awesome...It's pretty much an animation for all ages that you can't get sick of.

Fun movie. It tells its story well, but the best parts are the characters and the fun visual manner in which the story plays out. There are some great gags here and it is definitely something that parents can watch with their children and thoroughly enjoy.

As a Kung Fu movie it's great. As an animation film it's great. I wold have liked more screen time for the 5 masters, though.

Awsome animation and action. Jack Black is just perfect. Great deal of interesting details. The story is unfortunately less successful. More focused to kids. And some of details disturbed me a lot. For instance Chines doors suppoused to slide and time spand does not much make sense. The ultimate jumpings and extra fysical forces did not bother that much; they belong to the Kungfu genre. But too much of slapstick humour did. And extra weighted people can be only funny, not serious characters.

It's good. It's almost Pixar good. My little brother looooved this movie for several months. Kids will love it over and over, adults might like it once.

Jack Black kind of annoys me and PLEASE SETH ROGEN stay away from doing too much of this stuff. It's not bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to WALL-E.

Not a bad movie. One of Dreamworks better films. Some really good animated fight scenes. A great children's primer for kung fu movies!

It's been done before, sure, but it doesn't try to hide that and it actually does it all pretty well. Not an altogether memorable story, but the cast, humor and what is surprisingly incredible and imaginative action scenes all pull it together. Didn't think I'd like this, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Worth it just for the epic, awesome and at the same time hilarious battle sequences. Overshadowed by Wall-E this year, but if we overlook that film it's the best family animation since Shrek.

'Kung Fu Panda' is head and shoulders above any other Dreamworks animation. Finally Dreamworks manage to come up with an original idea, & then to further improve things the writing is excellent and is devoid of all the pop-culture references and horrible negative stereotypes that other Dreamworks productions are full of. The voice acting is pretty good, Jack Black in particular is supurb, and the martial art fight scenes are suprisingly fun & well thought out. Very funny and very entertaining.
