Summary: Nandagopal aka Nandu (Jayaram) & wife Indira (Kanaka) are lecturers in the same college, but poles apart in personality. Nandu is outgoing & freely mingles with the students, whilst Indira is stern & keeps a distance from everyone. Indira's sternness riles 3 unruly girl students - Monica (Sonia), Reshma & Priya (Thezni Khan) - who, along with their male pals, fabricate an affair between Nandu & Ganga (Chippy), another girl student, causing discord in Nandu's & Indira's life & driving them apart.
